SARGODHA: Yet another horrific case of child abuse has surfaced in Punjab as a mother on Friday filed a case with New Town Police Station stating that her husband had been abusing his own daughter for several years, reported Daily Times.
According to details, a mother of three has registered an FIR in Sargodha claiming that her husband had been abusing their daughter for a long time. She maintained that Naveed Hussain, her husband, had three children with her and the victim was the second child.
“I had suspicions about my husband’s behaviour with our daughter but he was caught red-handed few days ago by my sister who has been living in our house for the last one year. When I asked my daughter, she confirmed that Naveed Hussain had been abusing her for a long time but she kept quiet out of fear and he also abused her four days ago”, she stated in her FIR.
The mother of three children demanded legal action against her husband. The case has been registered by the police.
